Radial Deviation
Mechanics
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and both arms straight down the sides.
- Hold a mallet in one hand with the palms facing inward and the mallet handing down to the little finger side (ulnar deviation). This is your starting position.
- Set the abs, keep the arm close to the side and pull (radial deviation) the mallet upward toward the thumb side. Pause, return to start and repeat.
- Perform the prescribed number of reps and repeat on the opposite side.
